President Boyd Coburn completes his last official act as President of the Albany Golden K. Good job Boyd and thanks for a very productive year.


Mrs. Lamar Stewart (Mary) presents the D. Lamar Stewart Memorial Award to Lon Huff (with wife Betty). The Award is presented for outstanding and long-term service.

Betty and Lon Huff with Lt. Gov. Dewey Smith, who presented Lon with a Hixson Award. The Hisxon is on of the highest awards that can be awarded to a Kiwanian. The Club contributed $1000.00 to the international IDD fund in honor of Lon so he could receive the Award.

John Hollowell, J. B. Pike, and Joe Purvis received awards for their services to the Club as members of the House Committee.

Pat Field works on three different committees—Interclub, Recycling, and Magazine Pickup and Distribution.

Pete Peters is honored for co-ordinating Special Events.


Lee James does Red Cross Blood Services, Members' Pictorial Directory, and special fundraising (such as the Auction).
 

Charles Holaday is honored for long-term service as Song Leader.


Gene Young and John Dees receive awards for work on Fund-Raising Committee.
 

Ellison Raburn receives an award for his long-time services as Club Treasurer.
